End User Terms
Last updated September 21, 2026
These terms are an agreement between Keystone Kit ("we", "us") and the organization that installs or uses Full Card Colors for Jira, including its Jira app and browser extension (together, the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms.
1. License
While you hold a valid subscription purchased through the Atlassian Marketplace, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your internal business purposes on the Jira sites it is licensed for. People who use those Jira sites may install the browser extension to use the App.
2. Fees and billing
The App is sold through the Atlassian Marketplace. Prices, free trials, billing, renewals and refunds are handled by Atlassian under the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- resell, sublicense or distribute the App to others;
- bypass or interfere with the App's license checks;
- reverse engineer the App, except where the law expressly allows it; or
- use the App to build a competing product.
4. Ownership
We own the App and all rights in it. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them freely without obligation to you.
5. Your data
The App does not collect or store your Jira content. Our Privacy Policy explains the limited data we do handle.
6. Support and updates
We provide support by email at support@keystonekit.app and may release updates that add, change or remove features.
7. Third-party platforms
The App works with Atlassian Jira and with web browsers made by other companies. Changes those companies make to their products may affect how the App works. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the App working, but we are not responsible for their products.
8. No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Term and termination
These terms apply while you use the App. They end when your subscription ends, or earlier if you breach them. When they end, you must stop using the App and uninstall it. Sections 3, 4, 8 and 9 continue to apply after termination.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its last-updated date. If you keep using the App after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
