This policy explains what data Keystone Kit ("we", "us") handles when you use Full Card Colors for Jira — the Jira app and its browser extension — this website, and our support email.

In short: Full Card Colors runs in your browser and on Atlassian's own infrastructure. It does not collect, store or send your Jira content, and we receive no data from it. The only personal data we handle is what Atlassian shares with us when you buy the app, and what you send us when you contact support.

The browser extension

The extension only runs on Jira pages at atlassian.net addresses. On a board, it looks at the size and color of elements on the page to find each card's color strip, and fills the card with that color. It does not read, store or transmit the text of your work items or any other Jira content.

The extension stores two things in your browser:

Your preferences — whether coloring is on, and the color strength. These are kept in your browser's settings storage, which your browser may sync between your own devices if you use browser sync.
License status — for each Jira site address you visit, whether Full Card Colors is licensed there and when that was last checked. This stays on your device and is refreshed at least every 24 hours.

The extension makes no network requests to us or to any third party. It contains no analytics, advertising or tracking, and sets no cookies.

The Jira app

The Jira app is built on Atlassian Forge and runs entirely on Atlassian's infrastructure. Its only job is to tell the extension, inside your Jira page, whether your site's license is active. It reads that license status from Atlassian, does not access your work items, does not store any data, and does not connect to any outside service. Purchases through the Atlassian Marketplace

Atlassian handles all purchases, billing and payments. As the app's publisher, Atlassian shares licensing information with us, which can include your organization's name, your Jira site address, and the names and email addresses of your technical and billing contacts. We use this only to manage licenses, provide support and send important notices about the app. We never sell it or use it for advertising.

Support

If you email support@keystonekit.app, we receive your email address, name and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to answer you, and keep it only as long as needed to handle your request. Our email is delivered through our domain and email service providers.

This website

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. We use no cookies or analytics. GitHub may log technical data such as IP addresses for security purposes, as described in GitHub's privacy statement.

Your choices and rights

You can remove all data the extension stores by uninstalling it. You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you by emailing support@keystonekit.app. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

Full Card Colors is a business tool and is not directed at children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will also be announced in the app's release notes.
